Register and Form a Walk Team
Walk Together and Make a Difference
You can form a Team of 2 to 200! Choose a Team name that reflects the spirit of your Team. Invite friends, family, co-workers to raise funds and walk with you. Tell them the name of the Team and Team Captain. Make sure all Team members planning to walk register online or with a mail-in registration form. Team members who can't attend can still collect donations using our collection form.
TEAM CAPTAINS:
Encourage each Team Member to create their own online fundraising page at Firstgiving.com. Start with your own page, then invite each Team Member to join your team and use the same team name. It's easy! Click here for our one-page "Team Info Guide" for Firstgiving fundraisers.

Share Your Message with Thousands!
 Celebrate or remember the life of a loved one, or end a message of support from you or your business. Tribute Signs are 20” x 12” signs that we will place along the Walk path for all to see.
